With expertise in construction, renovation, and upgrading of cold storage rooms for conservation of fruit at normal condition or ultra low oxygen levels (ULO), at GERBAUD Isolation we have been tailoring solutions that address the needs of our customers during the past 30 years. The construction of our insulating walls comprise of several polyurethane foam and sheet metal layers sandwiched together into panels, producing superior structural rigidity as well as high insulating values.
Depending on the particular application, the thickness of the panels varies between 40 mm to 200 mm that comply with the appropriate Fire classifications. Depending on the specific local government requirements as specified by the customer, the panels will meet the European Fire Standards B-s3-d0 (equivalent to the M1 French Standard) or C-s3-d0 (M2) certifications 1 . These panels are available in painted/galvanized form or painted on both sides with RAL 9002, 9010, 1015 colors (other colors available upon request). The surfaces of the panels can be smooth or ribbed. All the panels used for construction of cold storage rooms have been technically approved by CSTB.
