An on-site installation by our technician or our authorized dealer will ensure that our customers have reliable performance of our devices by better matching the requirements of each client with the performance of each device.

The procedure, the supplies, instruction manuals, and the details of the production and functionality of the equipment allow our clients to independently operate and optimize the performance of their systems.

In case of any failure of our equipment, we strive to provide our clients to help them resolve problems by phone if possible or by on site visit if the search by phone fails. In some cases, it may be necessary to retrieve the equipment for in-house resolution of the failure issues.

All our equipment are guaranteed for one year, parts and labor, subject to usage consistent with our instructions manual.
