It is important to make a review of all your rooms before every service to ensure optimal preservation of fruits. We may on request check the airtightness of your rooms and proceed with their renovation if necessary.

All new controlled atmosphere room has to be tested prior to commissionning and obtain a satisfactory result to the airtightness test.

This test can be performed on demand or after several years of use to verify the good conditions of your CA rooms.
